What a good handover checklist includes

Handover is where many projects lose the trust they earned on site. A good checklist is not a pile of certificates. It is a walk-through that the client can follow.

Our minimum

• Snag list closed, with photographs
• Keys, access and warranties labelled
• Services demonstrated: AC, irrigation, lighting scenes, water
• As-built drawings and operation notes in one pack
• A named person for the first months of care

We stay available after you move in. That is the last of our four steps: handover and care.
